Our Story

After a break-in to my van when doing a job in London, I needed to buy replacement tools, I was astonished to find that most new tools are supplied naked with no protective case or bag. After a few weeks I noticed that the tools were getting marked and damaged, my main concern was the planers, after looking around to see what was on the market for protecting the tools I couldn’t find anything suitable for my needs.

This led to researching what I could use instead, boxes can be a pain and bulky especially if you have any walking to do getting to your job, so it needed to be something that could be used with my tool bag.

This is when i came up with the idea of the Tool Sock, I had a few requirements for the product, it needed to be versatile, strong, flexible, padded and weatherproof when working outside, after doing further research i came across a synthetic rubber material that was perfect for the construction of the Tool Sock.
